The note shall become the property of the human world, once it touches the ground of (arrives in) the human world.
Das Notizbuch wird in dem Moment Teil der Menschenwelt, in dem es deren Boden berührt.
The owner 0f the note can recognize the image and voice of the orginal owner, e.e. a God of death
Der Besitzer des Notizbuches ist in der Lage die Gestallt und die Stimme des eigentlichen Besitzers, das heißt den Shinigami, wahrzunehmen.
The human who uses the note can neither go to heaven nor hell.
Stirbt der Mensch, welcher das Notizbuch benutzt, kommt dieser weder in den Himmel noch in die Hölle.
